The first step is to get in contact with the leasing staff at The Marshall Rochester by giving us a call or text at 585-371-6395. Schedule a tour at The Marshall Rochester’s leasing office, and request to start your application. Once you application has been submitted your housing contract will automatically generate for you to review and sign.
Our student apartments near RIT cater to students’ schedules. Housing Contracts last for 12 installments and are valid from August until late July , so you can move in right before school starts.

Parking is $20/Annually here at The Marshall Rochester and parking will be available on a first come first serve basis.
We offer private bathrooms in our one-bedroom, two-bedroom, four-bedroom apartments, and studio suite options. No more sharing counter space, eliminating storage, or timing schedules for showers!

Our property offers a mail locker next to our amenity building, as well as Luxer One Package Room, notifying residents with package deliveries and secure holding of packages until they come pick them up inside of our amenity building. Residents should address their packages as follows:
